It's Diet Time!
Over the course of last semester I pretty much become a complete slop. I got almost no exercise and drank at least 3 times a week. As a result I gained about 20 lbs. but I probably gained more fat than that since Im sure I also lost a good amount of mucle mass.
On Monday I started my diet and everything has gone well so far. The program I am using is called Body for Life. I did it in high school and lost about 30 lbs. The program consists of working out 6 days a week, 3 running and 3 lifting weights. It also consists of eating 5-6 small meals a day.
Well today Im running so I have to walk down the gym and its raining which sucks. Im going to put up some pictures every weekened along with my measurments to help see the progress thoughtout the months.
Hopefully in 3 months the pictures will be of a fit and lean 22 year old. We will have to wait and see.
