Well my run today went okay.

Distance: 1.95
Calories: ~210

Take it up a notch next run

Meals:

1: Protein Bar

2: Tuna Sandwich and Carrots

3: Heathly Choice Meal

4. Ham Sandwich, Yogurt and a few wheat thins

5. Protein Shake
