Day 8
Well I had a really good run today. I was as tired as Ive ever been after a work out. But I think the tredmills at my gym are miscalibrated. Because I had the same baseline I had on friday but I burned 25 less calories and I felt alot more tired. Whatever, as long as Im getting exercise Im happy

Distance: 2.05
Meals
1. Protein Bar
2. Turkey Sandwich and Carrots
3. Almonds and Yogurt
4. Srimp and Pasta with Olive Oil
5. Pork Chop and Banana, weird combo huh?
Well I weighed my self today and I came in at
217 lbs
ALRIGHT! Thats 3 lbs. in the first week, which is just awesome. I was really excited when I saw that and it really helps the motivation when you can see that you are getting results. Well Im off to bed and rest up for another day.
