day 15

I have been a little lazy about updated but everything is still on schedule. I had a great run today and I feel really good. I also weighed myself and I came in at:

Weight:
213 lbs.

Yeah! I'm really excited. The weight is really started to come off. That number is a little low though since I took it right after I finished running. So once I rehydrated I'll probably gain a pound or two but it still good to see that the weight is going in the right direction.

I had a great free day yesterday. I had some pizza, onion rigns, ice cream and some other good stuff. It was awesome but I'm glad I dont eat like that all the time. I feel really lazy after I eat a bunch of fatty food and I'm sure thats what kept me from getting off my but the past few years. Once you fall into the trap on no exercising at all, its hard to break out. But I've done and now I just need to keep it up.
