well im back up to 220 but i have more muscle this time. however im still not happy being at this weight. back on the diet, here we go again.

end of week 8

well i havent been updated cuz im lazy but things have been going well. i havent been able to work out the past few days because i have been sick but up until now everything has been going great. my weight is down to around 203 lbs.

im feeling really good and im about to go on spring break next week. hopefully ill be in the best shape possible cuz im going down to mexico for the weekend with some high school buddies. only one month left before the 3 months is up but im sure im going to keep up the regimine since it works so well and makes me feel great.

day 15

I have been a little lazy about updated but everything is still on schedule. I had a great run today and I feel really good. I also weighed myself and I came in at:

Weight:
213 lbs.

Yeah! I'm really excited. The weight is really started to come off. That number is a little low though since I took it right after I finished running. So once I rehydrated I'll probably gain a pound or two but it still good to see that the weight is going in the right direction.

I had a great free day yesterday. I had some pizza, onion rigns, ice cream and some other good stuff. It was awesome but I'm glad I dont eat like that all the time. I feel really lazy after I eat a bunch of fatty food and I'm sure thats what kept me from getting off my but the past few years. Once you fall into the trap on no exercising at all, its hard to break out. But I've done and now I just need to keep it up.

Day 9

Today went without incident, had a lower body work out which went okay. I need to find a better calf and ab workout still but im sure ill survive for now.

Day 8

Well I had a really good run today. I was as tired as Ive ever been after a work out. But I think the tredmills at my gym are miscalibrated. Because I had the same baseline I had on friday but I burned 25 less calories and I felt alot more tired. Whatever, as long as Im getting exercise Im happy

217 lbs

ALRIGHT! Thats 3 lbs. in the first week, which is just awesome. I was really excited when I saw that and it really helps the motivation when you can see that you are getting results. Well Im off to bed and rest up for another day.

Day 5

Well today went pretty well. I didnt wake up until 2:30 which kinda threw off my eating schedule but nothing bad. My run went well today and I feel like I'm already getting stronger

Day 4

Well heres yesterdays update. I did legs and they went okay. I need to find new exercises for my calfs and my abs. They gym I went to didnt have as much equipment as I thought so Im probably going to have to get a little creative.

It was the first thursday of the semester so I had to drink a little. I was suprised I kept myself at drinking only one 40. I actually felt pretty buzzed. I probably going to let my self drink one 40 once a week just to keep me from going crazy and never being able to party.

Today I have to go run, so Ill probably head off to do that in the next hour or so.

It's Diet Time!

Over the course of last semester I pretty much become a complete slop. I got almost no exercise and drank at least 3 times a week. As a result I gained about 20 lbs. but I probably gained more fat than that since Im sure I also lost a good amount of mucle mass.

On Monday I started my diet and everything has gone well so far. The program I am using is called Body for Life. I did it in high school and lost about 30 lbs. The program consists of working out 6 days a week, 3 running and 3 lifting weights. It also consists of eating 5-6 small meals a day.

Well today Im running so I have to walk down the gym and its raining which sucks. Im going to put up some pictures every weekened along with my measurments to help see the progress thoughtout the months.

Hopefully in 3 months the pictures will be of a fit and lean 22 year old. We will have to wait and see.
